RED SEDUCTION – SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
300g | Pineapple pulp |
80g | peeled beetroot |
1 | cored Apple |
Juice of one orange | |
50ml | Carrotjuice |
1 | Piece of fresh ginger |
some | Rapeseedoil |
Preparation
Carefully blend pieces of beetroot, apple, carrot and orange juice. Add the remaining ingredients and mix them together. Finally add a teaspoon of rapeseedoil and enjoy.
TROPICAL DREAM – SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
1 | peeled Mango |
1 | ripe Banana |
ca. 150 ml | Coconutwater |
1 | Piece of fresh ginger |
Juice of 1 lime |
Preparation
Put all ingerdients into the blender, grind gently and enjoy.
GREEN HELL – SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
200g | Pineapple pulp |
1 | Peeled Mango |
1 | Peeled Kiwi |
2 | Sticks of celery |
150 ml | Applejuice |
5 | Ice cubes |
Preparation
Clean the celery sticks and cut them into pieces. Crush the ice cubes, then add the remaining Ingredients and crush thoroughly.
KEFIR SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
250ml | Kefir (well cooled) |
1 | ripe Banana |
150g | green Grapes |
some | Lemonjuice |
Preparation
Stir all ingredients thoroughly and pass the mixture through a sieve.
SWEET MANGO LASSI
Ingredients
200g | Plain Joghurt (well cooled) |
5 | Icecubes |
1 | Ripe Mango (peeled) |
some | Agave syrup |
Preparation
Crush the ice cubes and add plain joghurt and mango. Stir well and add some agave syrup for sweetness. Enjoy cold.
METABOLISM BOOSTER
Ingredients
½ | Papaya Pulp |
1 | peeled Orange |
150ml | Kefir |
Preparation
Blend all ingredients well and enjoy.
EL LATINO
Ingredients
20ml | Aloe Vera Gel or |
100ml | Aloe Vera Juice |
200g | Pineapple pulp , alternatively Pineapplejuice |
150g | Plain Joghurt |
Juice of one Lemon |
Preparation
Cut pineapple into pieces, add remaining ingredients and blend them together. Eventually fill up with Pineapplejuice.
